Celtic entertain Sion in their Europa League play-off first leg at Parkhead with a place in the group stage of the competition on offer.
The SPL side missed out on featuring in last season's UEFA Champions League and Europa League competitions after losing to Braga and Utrecht in qualifying respectively.
Celtic had garnered a two-goal lead in their home leg against Utrecht last term only to suffer a heavy 4-0 away defeat to the Eredivisie outfit.
Bhoys boss Neil Lennon could be handed a boost ahead of kick-off if Fraser Forster is given the green light to feature after re-joining on loan from Newcastle.
Lennon will be without defenders Glenn Loovens and Emilio Izaguirre while midfielder Beram Kayal and striker Gary Hooper are also unavailable due to injury.
Stopper Thomas Rogne has recovered from a calf injury but is unlikely to make the squad
