High blood pressure is a common problem. Following are high blood presure diet.
1. Eat more home coked meals and cooked meals are low in sodium,saturated fat and cholesterol.
2. Select foods high in potassium and magnesium.The foods that are beneficial are:-Apricots,Dried fruits,Figs,Tomatoes,bananas,potatoes,black beans, peanuts,soy milk etc.
3. Avoid Buttermilk, cheese and cheese spreads,salty snacks,quick coking rice,noodles,regular canned vegetables. _________________ physical therapy business |
