A promising European Junior Championships for Great Britain finished with them third in the medal table after winning five medals on the final day in Tallinn.
The women's 4x400 metres relay team took gold, Emelia Gorecka and Annabel Gummow were second and third in the 5,000m and the men's and women's 4x100m relay teams won silver and bronze respectively.
Kirsten McAslan anchored the 4x400m team to victory by just 0.06 seconds from Poland, admitting: "That was so close, I only noticed the Polish girl at the last minute."
Katie Kirk, Lucy James and Amelia Clifford ran the other legs as Britain clocked a time of three minutes 35.29 secs.
Gorecka headed the European rankings coming into her event and was disappointed to have to settle for silver behind Turkey's Esma Aydemir.
No finish
"I should have beaten that girl, I've beaten her so many times, but credit to her because I just didn't have a sprint finish today," Gorecka said.
After clocking 39.85sec in qualifying, the 4x100m quartet of Dannish Walker-Khan, Sam Watts, Adam Gemili and David Bolarinwa went even quicker in the final (39.4 , but were pipped to victory by the French team (39.35).
"It was our change from three to four that let us down," individual 100m silver medallist Gemili admitted. "David probably went a bit early and I should have called it earlier."
The women's quartet were grateful to a superb anchor leg from individual 100m and 200m champion Jodie Williams after claiming bronze.
Marilyn Nwawulor, Bianca Williams and Jennie Batten ran the first three legs, but were struggling after a poor change between Bianca Williams and Batten.
"I saw Jennie stop then start again and I was like, 'Aaagh!"' Jodie Williams said.
"I was watching Bianca and she was screaming too, but once I got the baton I just thought 'we really need this medal' and there was no way I was giving it up."
In total Britain won six gold medals, five silver and four bronze.
