Guys stupid arguments like this is what makes people leave  , we may have made some mistakes, but at the time the changes seemed reasonable as these people have helped the clan more than anyone else. We did it for the good of the clan, and you have the right to your own opinion and we respect that, but right now we need to concentrate on trying to fix the clan's situation, don't you think it is corrupt as it is without all these arguments? So can we just get on with it and try to live with it?
