Mardy Fish moved a step closer to defending his title at the Atlanta Tennis Championships by cruising into the semi-finals with a comfortable straight sets win over Somdev Devvarman.
The world number nine needed just 56 minutes to overcome his Indian opponent 6-4 6-3 and set up an all-American last-four clash with Ryan Harrison.
The 19-year-old bounced back from a set down to defeat compatriot Rajeev Ram 4-6 6-1 7-6 (7/5).
John Isner made it three Americans into the last four as he swept aside Yen-Hsun Lu 6-1 6-2.
Isner will be favourite to make it an all-American final after Luxembourg's Gilles Muller upset third seed Kevin Anderson 7-6 (7/3) 7-6 (7/3).
