he ongoing riots in London have forced the Football Association to heed police advice and cancel the game.
Cleverley has continued to train with the national side, but knows his involvement will go no further than that on this occasion.
The 21-year-old is frustrated to have seen such an opportunity pass him by but, should he continue to perform at the level he displayed at Wembley over the weekend, his chance will undoubtedly come.
