When most people imagine of bleachers, they are customarily identified with parks and sports, however there is also a great need for bleachers in Hollywood as well. Bleachers are an essential for supporters and media to see their favorite stars as they celebrate with award shows and red carpet events happening all over town at any random time, whether it be a blockbuster movie screening, or a star-studded award ceremony.

With movie screenings happening almost every week and summer blockbusters quickly approaching, even though award season is now passed, there is still a real demand for bleachers. This summer is a great example with big budget pictures taking over theaters. Movies like Captain America, Thor, Green Lantern, and the fourth release of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise hitting theaters all within the next few months will definitely have media and spectators alike gathering outside these star-studded screenings. There are also an assortment of galas and other events, the summer months are especially busy for the City of Angeles, and in order to accommodate supporters, portable bleachers are commodity to have at your psiposal.
Presentation is everything, and a lot of time goes into putting together events like these and like many things. Until after the doors close and the ceremony starts, you see fans and media filling the stands with flashing lights and cheers that don't seem to end when you tune in to watch the Academy Awards or the Emmys; you don't just see stars and reporters by themselves on the red carpet.
Much of Hollywood is about showmanship, and half of the reason why the actors come out in their flowing gowns and pressed suits, is for the supporters. It is all part of the ceremony, the energy is unparalleled when they make their way in and out of these events. It's for their fans, the people viewing at home, and the crowds of individuals that gather, sometimes days in advance; in a sense, they are performing.
Just like in the world of sports, there's nothing like having your fans show up and cheer you on in person, close enough to interact with, and you wouldn't think much of it, however bleachers are big part of the whole experience.
